At BEI, we are visual storytellers; we see it and show it all through the eyes of our cameras. Meet Our Family:

Jonathan Bogner - FATHER

Jonathan Bogner founded BEI in 2000 as a film production company. In 2009 he joined forces with his wife and son to launch Bogner Entertainment Television, focusing on reality television. Throughout Jonathan’s extensive career he served as a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche; director of business affairs at a subsidiary of CBS Records; music supervisor at Tyrell & Mann; vice president at Weintraub Entertainment Group, Empire Entertainment, and Epic Entertainment; vice president of marketing for The Phonics Game, and Stayhealthy.com; head of production at T.A.G., and executive producer on 16 feature films under his own Bogner Entertainment banner for the following studios: 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers, Disney, New Line Cinema, Anchor Bay and Summit Entertainment’s Slamdance Film Festival winner “Trailer Park of Terror”. Jonathan is currently in pre-production on “Meet The Murphys” for Nickelodeon, directed by Emmy Award Winner Bryan Cranston and slated for production in 2013. On the television side, Jonathan deals with all the nuts and bolts, from running point on all talent, producer, production and network negotiations, acting as the master budgeting and logistics expert for all shows, overseeing all projects day to day currently in production, directing and producing in the field and most importantly being the Yin to Oliver’s Yang. Jonathan has his hands full overseeing all day to day production on BEI’s 18 reality shows currently in production. Jonathan also serves as executive producer on all Bogner Entertainment Television projects. Originally from London, Jonathan is a history junkie and his eclectic tastes add another layer to the development slate and shows he produces. Jonathan holds a BA in Accounting and Business/Management from UCLA and studied law at Whittier College of Law.

Oliver Bogner - SON

Oliver Bogner started his career as a Disc Jockey and Club Promoter in Los Angeles through his event production company GO Entertainment, which he founded in 2006. Oliver took the company from a one-man operation to a fifteen-person company working on over 100 events per year. In 2009 he joined his father’s production company Bogner Entertainment Inc. (BEI) and launched BEI Television, focusing on reality television. Oliver sold his first show, “Party Prince 90210”, to E! Television in 2009, which made him the youngest person to ever sell and receive “executive producer” credit on a show for E! / NBC Universal. Oliver then segued into working as a development producer at Gay Rosenthal Productions and T Group Productions, and an in house executive producer at FremantleMedia North America under a first look deal from 2010 - 2012. He also has worked on shows with A. Smith & Co., ITV, E One, Tijuana Entertainment, Comcast Studios, Electus, Gurney Productions, Thinkfactory Media, and Intuitive Entertainment. Oliver currently works as an executive producer at RelativityREAL, the television arm of Ryan Kavanaugh’s studio Relativity Media, under a multi-year overall production deal. In 2012 Oliver executive produced 4 original shows for Oxygen, Animal Planet, Halogen and TLC. In 2013 he will executive produce 18 original shows for 10 different networks, including Lifetime, Discovery, Spike, VH1, Animal Planet, TLC, CMT, NatGeo and HGTV. Oliver has sold and developed all 18 shows in the last 6 months.

Oliver runs all creative aspects of the company, overseeing development, research, casting, sizzle / presentation / pilot production and guiding the style and story once a show is in series. He is also working on expanding BEI and RelativityREAL into the scripted television business. In the course of his young career Oliver has made a name for himself - he has been profiled by the Los Angeles Times as “Hollywood’s New Junior Partner” in March 2010; named by Forbes Magazine as one of the Top 10 All Star College Entrepreneurs in the country in August 2012; listed in Forbes Magazine on the Hollywood 30 Under 30 Power List, as one of the top 30 people under the age of 30 in Hollywood to watch in January 2013; and recognized by USA Today as an “inspirational college entrepreneur” in February 2013. Oliver is currently finishing up his degree in narrative television at Chapman University. When not developing his next TV show, Oliver enjoys long walks on the beach with his girlfriend Lauren.

Cindy Perry Bogner - MOTHER

Cindy Perry Bogner worked as an attorney for a number of Los Angeles law firms before transitioning into the family business. She deals with all things finance, manages the office, is in charge of overseeing and hiring interns and negotiates and drafts talent, producer and production agreements. Cindy is currently overseeing all business affairs on BEI’s 18 shows currently in production. When Jonathan and Oliver need deals closed quickly, Cindy is who they turn to. Cindy holds a BA in Communications from UC San Diego and a JD from Pepperdine School of Law.
